(If you choose to use chinola juice (passion fruit juice): it is a delicious and strong flavor and masks even the strongest booze taste so be careful when mixing drinks with it. It will be strong and you will not taste it. Don’t say you weren’t warned.)

HOW TO MAKE:
🍹 Ice to a glass
🍹 Pour Brugal’s Fusion Coconut Pineapple Rum
🍹 Add choice of juice (chinola or guava)

Speaking of Chinola – how about some…

(Take a break from the cocktails because this one is a MUST if you are feeling run down, sick or just want a delicious tea. Like I mentioned, since chinola masks most flavors, you won’t even notice there’s onion in it. Onion?! Yes. Chinola is high in vitamin C and onion is known to detox a body so if you’re feeling ill, chinola tea will, as a Cuban saying goes, raise a dead man.)

HOW TO MAKE:
🍹 Pour 4 cups of water into pot.
🍹 Chop 3 chinolas in half and put into the pot.
🍹 Chop ½ onion and throw into pot.
🍹 Add a cinnamon stick (or desired powder) into pot.
🍹 Boil for 20 minutes & strain.
🍹 Add honey or sugar to taste, if desired.

An Arnold Palmer, named after the famous golfer, is a mix of lemonade and iced tea. John Daly, also a famous golfer (and apparently, a known adult beverage sipper) is the same except with booze. It is a favorite summer drinks and uber simple to make.

HOW TO MAKE:
🍹 Ice to a glass
🍹 Mix Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka (or other brand) with lemonade
🍹 Golf clap

(I know. Technically not a cocktail but it’s a blog called Drinking the Whole Bottle. Of course wine is going to be on the list. For a new twist on the wine front try Blanc Lime, “a throwback to the old bistro days of Southern France.” It’s light, crisp, and perfect.)

HOW TO MAKE:
🍹 Open
🍹 Pour – or drink out of the bottle to avoid dirty dishes
🍹 Drink the whole thing… with a friend
