Husband’s Cock…tails ⎮ Episode III: Backyard Mojito

After we moved in to our new home in Guadalajara, we discovered quickly that our backyard was a jungle of fresh mint. We discovered it was a weed and where as most weeds are unwelcome, this one was red carpet worthy. I’m not one to care for grass so the green lushness of the mint looked pretty. When we walk through it or water it, the scent of mint permeates the air like taking a Wrigley’s chewing gum out of the package. And, which is – of course – where the cocktails, it’s great in drinks from tea to mojitos. It was only a matter of time til Husband mixed up some easy cocktails with mint.
